TEA BINS WITH DISCHARGE CONVEYORS

Tea Bins
Specifications:

Total Tea Bin length is 48 feet comprising 8 Bins each 6 feet in length, having cross sectional dimensions of 5’ wide, 6’ high with a conical bottom fabricated in 1.5mm thick GI as per the attached drawing.

All Bins are fabricated with 2” x 3” Hollow Steel frames and provided with 1.5mm thick aluminium panels and outside to be provided with 2” thick, Rigifoam and covered with 18WG, MS Sheets.

Bottom is divided into 3 Sections of 2 feet and each section is provided with conical discharge hoppers as mentioned above and rack and pinion operated type 12” wide gate in 3mm aluminium with lockable operating wheel.

18 inch wide catwalk is provided in 1” x 1” x 1.5mm Hollow Steel tubes and supported with 2” x 2” x 3mm brackets at every 2 feet. A movable stairway is made out of 2” x 2” x 3mm Hollow Steel frames and 3mm MS Sheets for steps to reach the catwalk.

Discharge Conveyors
Specifications:

A Conveyor is provided under the Tea Bins to the total length of the same in order to convey made tea from several conical bottom gates of the bins to one end, fitted with 500mm wide Food Quality Belt and powered by 2HP Geared Motor complete with DOL Starter. Length of the Discharge Conveyor is 52 feet, and connected to a 16 feet inclined conveyor to an angle of 25 degrees in order to discharge the teas to a bulking area as shown in the layout drawing.
