• Consists of a single Aluminum bubble tray with full length 9mm thick Plywood support under same, Tray size 4m x 1m including 300mm feed section and 450mm discharge end section fitted with No. 30 SS or brass Mesh.

•05 Nos. 12” diameter, minimum 1000 gauge, PVC Extractor Rollers provided with individual height adjustable devices with height indication for each. Minimum of 400mm wide felt pads on foam cushion provided with adjustable weights to generate maximum static electricity. Side of the 12” PVC Extractor Rollers fitted with minimum 1” thick Marine Plywood and provided with minimum of 25mm diameter BS Shafts mounted on self-aligning type Ball Bearings. All Extractor Rollers inter-connected with 08B (1/2” pitch) Chain and 10B (5/8” pitch) Chain for the main Drive through a Counter Shaft from the Crank Shaft. The Counter Shaft too is provided with 38mm, self-aligning type Ball Bearings

•Speed of the Machine: 400-450 rev/min, Speed of the Extractor Rollers: 50 rev/min.

•All exposed timber surfaces coming in contact with tea are lined with aluminum to minimize the risk of graying.

• Machine is provided with the necessary fiber discharge chutes which are fitted on the tray frame for the efficient discharge of cleaned teas to one side and all discharge chutes are interconnected with one chute for easy collection at one point.

• All Crank Shaft Bearing journals provided with self aligning type Ball Bearings and the small end of the connecting Rod too is provided with deep groove Ball Bearings.
