Specifications
• Consists of heavy duty crankshaft designed with 1” crank throw, Main Bearings and Big End Bearings provided with self-aligning type Ball Bearings.

• Includes 02 Nos. 6’ x 3’ Standard Aluminium Bubble Trays. Top Tray perforated to 3mm and the bottom to 5mm, both frames fabricated in Steel with Aluminium or SS lining, common Steel Base Frame in 100mm x 50mm Channel Iron. Trays supported on Spring Legs and provided with heavy duty Pivot Pins, slope adjustable devices for both trays.

•Machine is complete with Feed Hopper, Feed Regulator, 02 HP TEFC Electric Motor, Direct Online Starter, Vee-Belt Drive and Belt Guards etc.

•Speed of the Machine: 400-450 rev/min, Speed of the Extractor Rollers: 50 rev/min.

•Machine arranged to run at 200/210 rpm.

•Complete Steel Body. No Bush Bearings in Helix Myddleton. Three connecting rod type Crank Shafts. Crank Small ends, Big ends and main journal provided with Ball Bearings. Small Ends of all three connecting Rods are provided with Ball Bearings
