• Comprises 03 Nos Main Trays, each 6’ x 2’ tray fabricated with Teak Frames.

• Aluminium perforated Meshes of No. 10, 12, 16 provided for Main Trays. 02 Nos Dust Trays each 30” x 24” in size fitted with Teak Frame and Brass or SS Mesh.

•All Trays assembled with adequately reinforced Steel Frame work, GI Discharge Chutes, robustly fabricated full height Steel Pedestals and tie frame (3” maximum height will be allowed for concrete foundation plinths above floor level)

• All 3 Cranks fitted with self-aligning type Japanese / European Ball Bearings, except for Crank Top Pedestal which is fitted with double row spherical roller bearings. 01HP Electric Motor (Class F insulated, IP55 Protected, T.E.F.C.), Direct on line Starter with Overload Relay, Vee-Belt Drive and arrange at 140RPM and Belt Guards
