Specifications
• Dimensions of Tray approximately 11’ in total length for 3 sections and 14’ for 4 sections, 4’6” in width for both.
o Total length of Mesh section 9’ in 3 sections 12’ in 4 sections
o size of each Mesh section 3’ x 4’ 6” (width)
o All Mesh sections are detachable and inter changeable in all machines
o Height of side frame above Mesh 4”
o Crank throw 2 1/2” (63.5mm)
•All Crank Bearings are Heavy Duty spherical Roller and Double Row Ball Bearings of European or Japanese make. Heavy cast iron or steel fabricated full height pedestals (3” maximum height would be allowed for concrete plinths above floor level)
• 1-1.5 HP, 6 Pole, Induction Motor with DOL Starter and V Belt Drive.
• Machine Speed not exceeding 140 RPM (Tray rotation).
• All Mesh Frames painted with anticorrosive base and food grade paint over same. Frames fitted with 4” x 4” SS, 5mm diameter reinforcements. European or Japanese made Stainless Steel Meshes fitted over same. All areas that come in contact with wet Tea are provided with 304 BA finish SS.
• Tray frame in the 4 section provided with full length class 1 timber having a cross section of 4” X 2” fitted onto angle iron and covered with 20 WG SS.
• All Dhool discharge Chutes are made out of 304 BA, 18 WG, and Stainless Steel.
