Having built the first Orthodox tea factory in East Africa in 1998, Helix has progressively drawn from operational feedback from our 10 lines across Kenya, Rwanda, and Ethiopia. We have continuously refined our machinery and processes to suit the unique character of each country's leaf and meet the increasing demand for leafy Orthodox teas that match true-to-type Ceylon tea grades.
